![]() Asked for, and quickly received extra blankets and towels. Room was in great shape - looked renovated. Called down to desk and they changed room to jr. Room was overlooking roof and a/c units - very noisy. Decided to hop down to Resorts for Columbus Day weekend. We feel like we ended up on Fear factor, but for free! □ More Show less They didn’t give us comps, not a food voucher atleaat not even an extra night even though we wouldn’t have stayed anyways!! Very unprofessional which is Im writing this, videos and pics to follow! They acted like they didnt care so why should I?! Hope this helps so no one has to go through the horrific situation my husband and I had to endure. No one knew what they were doing, they kept bouncing us around, no one seemed to want to help like this was a common situation. They sent security up and all they did was write an incident report and sent us to a different room which we did not want to stay but had no choice because we were leaving the next day and it was midnight! They sent us to a room that was worst then the room that we had (minus the bugs) and told us it was a slight upgrade like that was going to solve anything. We contacted management and they acted like it was nothing to them. I had a bite in the morning and didn’t think anything of it until my husband showed me he had a bite as well. My husband and I were staring for a two night stay, the first night was great little did we know our room was infested with bed bugs. ![]()
